Course Name:   IT Project Management

 Description of the Course

    Apply the 2004 PMBOK® concepts to your projects at work and pass PMI's® new PMP® certification exam. This course is based on personal coaching from your instructor as well as lectures on each process, technique, and output of the 2004 PMBOK®. See these concepts applied in realistic situations as you watch and listen to the Journal of a Successful Project where all the 2004 PMBOK® concepts are applied with real data and real people. Your instructor answers all your questions and provides feedback and coaching on each of the practice exams as you work through more than 500 practice questions.

 Objective

   PMI® requires 4500 hours of project management experience to take the PMP® exam. PMI® requires that exam candidates complete 35 contact hours of education to prepare for the exam. This course requires 35 hours of work, thus fulfilling the education requirement.

   Work face-to-face with a PMP certified instructor to learn the 2004 PMBOK® concepts so you can apply them to your projects and pass PMI's® PMP® certification exam.
